Lawrence Edmondson
FOUNDER
Lawrence has been immersed in Advertising and Technology as a change maker, motivator, and leader for the past two and a half decades. Lawrence has held leadership roles at advertising agencies and software companies, including CTO for Barbarian, the premier Advertising Agency within Samsung's Cheil network, Senior VP of Technology for media mogul Gary Vaynerchuk's VaynerMedia, and Engineering Manager at Squarespace.
Throughout his career, Lawrence has led award-winning work, including Pepsi Refresh (Bronze Cyber Lion - Cannes Lions) and the first-of-its-kind Hello Baby suite of apps for Pampers.

Tim Wilson has had a two decade career in digital product creation and advertising, working for some of the biggest brands and agencies in the world. As a creative leader, Tim has orchestrated teams across large scale web design projects for Nike, MINI, VW and more. These large scale projects redefined how these businesses structured their online presence as well as creating and integrating their digital properties across social media, in-store, and across innovation projects that greatly enhanced their digital ecosystems, through elevated user experience, world-class design, and new and novel ideas.

Throughout his illustrious career, Michael has held leadership positions at the iconic Digital agency Modem Media, The Wonderfactory, and Tango Modem. He leads with empathy and has earned a reputation for being the fixer.

Taleah Mona-Lusky is an Advertising industry veteran, a profoundly driven, action-oriented leader, and a trusted C-Suite advisor. Taleah is known for building great brands and delivering exceptional creative ideas. However, Taleah’s true superpower is her ability to approach people and problems with intensity, wit, and humor that immediately put teams at ease and plans into motion.
Most recently, Taleah served as President at Swift Agency, (a mid-size agency, part of Wunderman Thompson and WPP) that makes culturally driven creative work for clients including Gatorade, IBM, Google, Waze, PayPal, Teavana, and Venmo. There, Taleah led with a “no-holds-barred” approach, using unconventional and innovative methods to solve problems, ensure alignment, and yield successful outcomes. She has also held leadership roles at some of the most awarded creative, strategic, and innovative companies including 360i, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and Samsung’s in-house creative agency.
